This project included design for comprehensive bathroom renovations for three 10-story towers and one 12-story tower at the College at Brockport campus. Each bathroom serves a three-bedroom suite, totaling 196 suites and 10 public toilets. To date, work was completed on 10-story Bramley Hall, the remainder are awaiting funding.

The scope includes complete demolition of the bathrooms down to CMU walls within the existing perimeter and asbestos abatement. The new bathrooms are designed to fit within the same perimeter with one wall-mounted water closet, one shower with solid surfacing basin and wall panels, and two under-mounted sinks on a solid surfacing counter. New finishes include ceramic mosaic floors with positive drainage to floor drains, ceramic full wall tile and high-density polyethylene toilet compartments.

In addition, new water/vandal resistant electrical fixtures are specified for shower areas and sconce-type lighting over the lavatory counter. The design call for all domestic water, sanitary, exhaust air risers and exhaust fans to be replaced and new fire alarm devices to be installed.

The project will include construction of new accessible bathrooms to comply with ANSI accessibility requirements for each tower. Work at Bramley Hall was completed during the summer recess.
