Your Expectations: As part of the architectural team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of designing buildings and spaces for a wide variety of projects that range from groundbreaking new construction to transformative renovations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design spaces that meet client needs and exceed industry standards
• Prepare construction documents, specifications and conduct comprehensive modeling and calculations
• Conduct field surveys to assess existing conditions
• Engage in construction administration activities
• Coordinate with construction professionals and project teams
• Lead teams through project milestones
Our Expectations: What we are looking for in our next Architect:
• A Bachelor of Architecture Degree
• A minimum of 5 years of building design and construction document preparation experience
• NY Architecture license preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office
• Understanding of relevant codes and standards
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines
• Attention to details
• Develop solutions to meet client’s needs, the building program and environmental impact
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
