Your Expectations: As part of the architectural team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of designing buildings and spaces for a wide variety of projects that range from groundbreaking new construction to transformative renovations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design spaces that meet client needs and exceed industry standards
- Prepare construction documents, specifications and conduct comprehensive modeling and calculations
- Conduct field surveys to assess existing conditions
- Engage in construction administration activities
- Coordinate with construction professionals and project teams
- Lead teams through project milestones

Our Expectations: What we are looking for in our next Architect:
- A Bachelor of Architecture Degree
- A minimum of 5 years of building design and construction document preparation experience
- NY Architecture license preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office
- Understanding of relevant codes and standards
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines
- Attention to details
- Develop solutions to meet client’s needs, the building program and environmental impact
- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design civil systems that meet client needs and exceed industry standards.
