Mr. Baczkowski joined Trautman Associates in 2023 to re-focus on improving and enlivening educational facilities through design after nearly a decade of specializing in Building Information Modeled construction coordination.

His design and coordination experience—in both primary and secondary educational facilities—extends from post-disaster conditions surveys and modest maintenance projects through complete new builds of high schools and university facilities.
