Trautman Associates is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering as well as site/civil design for the renovation of the former Buffalo Police Headquarters building at the corner of Franklin and Church streets. The renovated historic space is being converted to studio and one-bedroom apartments by owner Douglas Jemal. Trautman Associates is providing similar professional design services for Douglas Development's transformation of Seneca One, Buffalo's tallest building.
