Today marked the groundbreaking ceremony of the project known as 1585 Hertel, a five-story mixed use building going up on the corner of Hertel and Parkside in Buffalo, New York. The new space will be home to retail space on the ground level, market-rate apartments on floors 2-5, and underground parking. Trautman Associates' Vice President John F. Daly, PE, is developing the project under his development company, O'Dalaigh Real Estate. Trautman Associates is providing professional design services for the project.
Dignitaries at today's event included Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul, Assembly Majority Leader Crystal Peoples-Stokes, and Buffalo Common Council Member Joel Feroleto.
