Trautman Associates Architects and Engineers have broken ground on the first four-star hotel for Williamsville's retail district. The building will include new retail shops, restaurants, upscale apartments, spa and swimming pool.
In coordination with Ellicott Development Company, Trautman Associates has broken ground on the new $28 million, six-story, mixed-use Wyndham hotel located in the heart of the Williamsville retail district. The building will feature restaurants, shops, upscale apartments, and hotel amenities including a spa and swimming pool. Ground was broken in April and includes 188,000 gross square feet of residential and hotel as well as 15,000 square feet of mixed-use retail and 38,000 square feet of a two-story enclosed parking garage. An accelerated construction schedule has the project set for completion by summer 2013.
