Trautman Associates continues to work with CB-Emmanuel Realty and Delta Development to advance the redevelopment of the former Villa Maria Academy into supportive housing, but with new tenants in mind: residents aged 55 or older. The new plans still call for 67 apartments, but now 21 of those units will be designed as supportive units for seniors who may require assistance with daily living.
