The Apartments at Queen City Landing is a private redevelopment effort on the site of the former Freezer Queen complex. The property lies along Buffalo’s Outer Harbor, just north of the Small Boat Harbor.

Redevelopment includes demolition of the existing 6-story building and construction of a new 23-story apartment tower with about 200 high-end apartments. The apartments will be well appointed, and designed to take full advantage of the water front views with floor to ceiling glass, high ceilings, and balconies. Along with the penthouse units, plans call for a resident club house and roof top terrace.

The main level of the tower will house a mix of restaurant, bar, and fitness center tenants. Also on the redeveloped site will be new covered parking areas for residents, surface parking for visitors, a new roadway looping out toward the end of the pier, and an extension of the public bike path providing public waterfront access.
