Trautman Associates provided full A/E services for this new branch office.
Constructed of brick, glass and cast-in-place concrete columns and base, this pavilion-like branch bank is located in a fast growing suburban community. The building’s low profile and horizontal emphasis, along with an axial organization, create a rural formality. The bank promotes the identity of a dignified financial institution, while remaining compatible with and embellishing the adjacent residential area. The program includes seven teller stations, an officers’ platform, conference room, vault, and a five-lane vehicle drive-through island.
