Situated on Niagara Square, the newly named Athletic Club of Buffalo at 69 Delaware is a grand building deserving of a new lease on life. Trautman Associates is now working on a scheme to reinvigorate and restore this building to serve a mixed-use tenancy. Early plans are being developed with work continuing through 2023.
