Trautman Associates has served OGS as the prime consultant providing professional architectural and engineering services on several consecutive term contracts since 2002. Services have included the full range of design services in architecture, planning, interior design as well as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, civil and structural engineering. Much of this work has required a phased approach and/or working in an environment that much remain operational during construction. We’ve completed over 80 projects valued at approximately $123 million.
