After originally designing this building over 30 years, the United Church Manor brought Trautman Associates back to execute an addition and a handful of renovations to this fully occupied senior apartment building.

Work began with the addition of a community meeting room and dining room which also created a gracious entry area for residents and guests. Following that, work began on renovations to each of the building's 50 elder care apartments. Those renovations included new bathrooms, new kitchens, and a host of associated MEP upgrades. Now under construction is a new entry addition on the front of the building, and a gazebo in the backyard.
