Alterations and additions were made to the Historic Engine 16 Fire House, converting the building into fully accessible housing for physically handicapped veterans. The renovation and expansion provides nine state-of-the-art living units. An office area on the ground floor of the original building accommodates 24-hour aid assistance. The project also provides on-site covered parking.
