Looking to make improvements and add services to their Lockport Campus, Presbyterian Senior Care of WNY trusted Trautman Associates to help them evaluate their neighborhood properties and historic structures with an eye on the future.
Nestled among huge trees and historic mansions in the City of Lockport, this elder care campus is looking to add services and to re-license existing beds to better serve their Niagara County residents. A comprehensive evaluation of their buildings and systems was completed, and a plan for long term maintenance and repairs was put in place. In addition, an exhaustive conceptual space planning and programming effort kicked off the client's plan to acquire neighboring properties and expand its footprint - all with a thoughtful eye on their existing residents and their neighbors.
