An important part of the Village of Fredonia and surrounding communities, the Fredonia Opera House is a cultural hub.
Trautman Associates provided design services for interior and exterior improvements for the building, built in 1891. Work included new ADA compliant public restrooms, window restorations and a new marquee and blade sign for the entrance.
All structural steel and connections supporting the signs were designed so none of the original stone decoration elements on the historic building were damaged or removed.
