An important part of the Village of Fredonia and surrounding communities, the Fredonia Opera House is a cultural hub.
Trautman Associates provided design services for interior and exterior improvements for the building, built in 1891. Work includes new ADA compliant public restrooms, window restorations and a new marquee and blade sign for the entrance. Construction finished in August 2021.
All structural steel and connections supporting the signs were designed so none of the original stone decoration elements on the historic building were damaged or removed.
