Renovations to this relatively new building allowed the facility to see new life, moving from a private communal residence for women religious to become one of the newest licensed elder care housing options in WNY.

A major part of the renovation was to add and enhance community-oriented program spaces. The large community room was outfitted for cooking demonstrations and crafting. A former parlor was converted to an event area for gatherings and food. The main dining room was designed to promote socialization and wellness.
