Trautman Associates has provided full Architectural and Engineering services to HSBC Bank USA on over 155 projects at multiple locations since 1987 including recent renovations to two floors at One HSBC Center in Buffalo, New York. In this example, the gross area of each floor was approximately 19,200 square feet. Renovations include the following:
- demolition of private, walled-in offices
- design of new breakout rooms and small, medium, and large conference rooms
- planned furniture layouts on each floor
- renovations of toilet rooms
In addition to the entire renovation of the two floors, Trautman Associates designed many subsequent smaller renovations on other floors throughout the Center, the Atrium Building, and the HSBC Mortgage Center.
