The Statler, first opened in 1923, is undergoing a $150M restoration led by Douglas Development.
The new vision for the historic landmark includes apartments as well as banquet, retail, and conference space.
Trautman Associates is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil/structural engineering for the 18-story building. Work is currently underway on both the interior and exterior.
