Trautman Associates architects and engineers led the fast-track design and construction of the Wyndham Garden Hotel & Suites and Apartments at 5195 Main Street in Williamsville.

Project designers and contractors advanced the initial stages of construction, focusing on the building envelope, while continually grappling with ongoing design considerations as the programmatic design and construction schedule unfolded.

The foresight required to orchestrate the aggressive schedule encompassed a range of design considerations pertinent to mixed-use architectural programming, including: 120 hotel rooms, 33 upscale apartments, a first-floor restaurant and retail shops.  This $28 million investment for Ellicott Development Company is the first  mixed use, urban-inspired project for the village of Williamsville.
