Professional design services for capital improvements in two phases. Phase 1 includes the construction of a synthetic turf multi-purpose field for football, soccer, lacrosse, softball and baseball along with other projects. Phase 2 includes multiple projects at six District Buildings and is scheduled to be constructed in summer 2021 and 2022.

Phase 1 includes the construction of a synthetic turf multi-purpose field for football, soccer, lacrosse, softball and baseball; including grandstands, press box, scoreboards, and dugouts. It also includes the reconstruction of the running track and natural turf field inside the running track, and reconstruction of the track & field event areas. Rescue windows are being added at selected classrooms at Edward Town Middle School and the emergency generator fuel tank is being removed at the High School.

Phase II includes the following work at six District Buildings and is scheduled to be constructed in summer 2021 and 2022:

Bus Garage
Roof replacement, replacement of interior flooring material, (carpet, resilient vinyl tile), exterior door replacement, asbestos abatement, replacement of rooftop exhaust fans & installation of make-up air intake hoods.

Colonial Village Elementary
Roof replacement and increased insulation, replacement of interior and exterior doors and frames, replacement of unit ventilators and roof top units, roof exhaust fan replacement, window replacement, fire and smoke alarm system extension and enhancement, replacement of plumbing fixtures and trim, installation of secure vestibules and building access control, upgrade water service meter as required by local water supplier and replace dishwasher.

Errick Road Elementary
Replacement of classroom lockset hardware, replacement of rooftop unit ventilators and exhaust fans, replacement of classroom unit ventilator and associated shelving units, replacement of portions of roof, replacement and upgrade of emergency generator and heat detector at Kiln and replacement of CVT flooring and associated asbestos abatement.

West Street Elementary
Reconstruction of parking lots and drives, exterior basketball court reconstruction and new sidewalks, installation of campus signage for way finding, replacement of rooftop unit ventilators and exhaust fans, roof replacement, including asbestos abatement and increased insulation, installation of secure vestibules and building access control system, replacement and upgrading of emergency generator, exterior door replacement, installation of computer network and infrastructure, replacement of heating controls, gate values distribution piping, replacement of PA system.

Edward Town Middle
Replacement of interior and exterior doors and frames, pavement reconstruction at catch basins and driving lanes, reconstruction of parking lots, installation of campus way-finding signage, replacement of rooftop unit ventilators and exhaust fans, installation of secure vestibules and building access control system, replacement and upgrading of emergency generator and PA system, installation of secure vestibules and building access control system, replacement and upgrading of emergency generator, exterior door replacement, replacement of plumbing fixtures and trim, replacement of heat piping and renovation of classrooms for STEM curriculum.

High School
Installation of RPZ and above grade Hot Box as required by local water supplier, replacement, reconstruction of drives and parking lots, installation of campus way-finding signs, interior and exterior door and frame replacement, replacement of gym bleachers, and athletic equipment, replace pool filter components, replacement of Media Center roof with added insulation, technology and network infrastructure installation, replacement and upgrade emergency generator.
