Trautman Associates is providing architectural and engineering design services for the building additions and improvements being made within and around the 1.2 million SF complex.
The 50-year-old former bank headquarters is being renovated to provide apartments, retail, hospitality and entertainment along with updated state-of-the-art office space. Trautman Associates is proud to be providing architectural support and building systems engineering to the iconic building.
Work also involves renovations to the plaza and other site work to create a more lively and friendly pedestrian experience.
